Hi, I'm Jorge, and I'm a pastry apprentice. At my master's bakery, I have to do various tasks, like cleaning the floor and occasionally baking cakes. I can't yet serve customers like a regular employee, but I can do many other things. Although my master doesn't let me talk to the other employees, it's a lot of fun learning here.
ReplyDeleteI joined the bakers’ guild. As an apprentice, my main jobs are mixing dough, carrying ingredients, and cleaning the ovens. A journeyman can shape the bread, but I can’t do that yet. The master has one rule I don’t like: apprentices can’t taste anything, not even to check the flavor.

My name is Jesús, and I'm an apprentice at Mr. García's shop. I'm learning the weaving trade there, and my main tasks are organizing the clothes and fabrics and listening to the other worker's advice so that one day I can be like him, or even better. I'm not allowed to serve customers because I don't yet have the necessary skills, and I can barely add and subtract. At work, my mentor only lets us wear clothes he's made. I always follow that rule, but I think it's a bit silly.

Hola me llamo Elías ,me acabo de unir al gremio de carpinteros. Mi maestro me obliga a trabajar todo el día. Como soy el aprendiz me toca siempre barrer el taller, recoger las virutas, cargar los tablones y afilar las herramientas todo sin que me digan un gracias. No me dejan usar la sierra grande porque dicen que todavía tengo manos de niño. Lo peor es una regla del maestro que me parece súper injusta: no nos deja a los aprendices sentarnos ni un minuto mientras trabajamos, aunque nos duelan las piernas.

Hello i,m Mateo i'm a baker aprentice my task is to now a baker works in the shop becouse if I do this i sure that Will be a very god máster i can't sell all the things that the people wants becouse i don't now the things that i can sell and what i can't sell i think a bad rul IS that i only can do the things that the master say to me
