4º - Project on going! - Historical newspaper

Hi there,

We are starting a new project... it will count on your mark for the second term.

This will be a Historical mini-newspaper!

You have all the information in TEAMS, including the assessment sheet...


Day 1: 26 JANUARY We are going to do STEP 1- RESEARCH, in class. If you haven't ended the research, you can continue at home until next week.
Day 2: 4 FEBRUARY will be STEP 2 - WRITING in class. If you do not finished your article in this hour, you'll completed at home.

FIRST DEADLINE to share with me the News finished is 9 FEBRUARY.

I will give you back your news with the corrections next day, and you will have one week, a second chance to improve them... Second DEADLINE is 17 February.

Here you have an example of bill of exchange and the explanation of its beginnings in the Early Middle Ages.

And a definition: The bill of exchange was simply an informal letter by which one merchant ordered his agent-banker in some other city to make payment on his behalf to another merchant in that distant city. It avoided dangers when travelling with money...

Project continues...! Second part: ORAL PRESENTATIONS

In the second part of this project you will be the teachers for a while!

Each group has its part from the book to prepare their lessons... If you have any questions about it, please ask me.

Team 1 (ANDREA-FRAN) - Spanish War of Independence (p. 78-79)

Team 2 (EVA-NATALIA) - The Parliament of Cadiz (p. 80-81)

Team 3 (JAVI-JESÚS-GUTY) - The restoration of the Old Regime (p.82-83) -> this one for the team with 3 students.

Team 4 (CAROL-ELIA) - The Independence of Latin America (p. 84-85)



Next  Thursday 9 January in class we will start this second part with a brainstorming to help you getting ideas for your master class!

Then, you will have to prepare your class and materials at home.

And finally you will give your lessons the days 22 (team 1 and 2) and 23 January (teams 3-4).
